Jesse is a Bridge CIHR Strategic Training Fellow and Master's student in the School of Population and Public Health in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC.  He completed his undergraduate degree in Honour's Microbiology and Immunology at UBC in 2009.  He has worked overseas as an English teacher, and a research assistant for one of South Korea's largest genomics companies.  In addition to his studies, Jesse enjoys an active lifestyle and making the most of the beautiful west coast of British Columbia.
